C.A.R.E. Team
(Community Alternative Response Team)

The purpose of this service is to provide intensive outreach
and engagement services to a large and diverse group of homeless
at risk/immanent risk of becoming homeless mentally ill
individuals, in order to reduce client homelessness, hospitalizations
and/or recidivism.  This is accomplished through the operation of
an outreach C.A.R.E. Team staffed by Peer Counselors and comprised
of two sections; one in-house at the Enterprise Resource Center
and one mobile unit.
